Trump = Epstein Class. Sad.

Looks like Trump's friends are Very Special.

...Trevor Milton. Convicted of defrauding investors, Milton was granted a full pardon and excused from potentially hundreds of millions of dollars in restitution payments after he donated $2.5 million to the Trump campaign and associated PACs.

Then there’s Paul Walczak, who was convicted of healthcare fraud. He was excused both from restitution payments and from serving his prison sentence after paying $1 million to dine with Trump. Walczak’s mother is also a top Trump donor....

There may be good reasons for Trump's circumvention of the penalties.  We'd love to hear them.

Ahhhhh--but there's more.

...there’s the insider-trading epidemic and Trump’s pattern of buying stocks in companies that subsequently benefit from his own policy decisions....

... As the New York Times reported last week, “Thirteen [online prediction market] users wagered a total of $140,000 that Israel would strike Iran by the end of that week, even as the odds suggested that an attack was unlikely. Seven of the accounts had been opened just days earlier. Another had a history of bets related to military action against Iran — and had won money on all of them. Israel attacked Iran later that day, netting the accounts more than $600,000 in profits.”...

That's a LOT of smoke.

And, of course, there's Miriam Adelson's war.

Most of these beneficiaries are "Epstein Class" peeps--which reminds us to ask about the remaining Epstein files, just like Massie did before he was (metaphorically) drawn and quartered by special-interest money and a well-timed smear. By the way:  we are very much in favor of compensating the "rioters" (not really rioters) who were destroyed following J6.  Donalds explains this very well.  Showing up at a rally and waving a flag--or acting in self-defense after Pelosi ordered unjust gas attacks--is not a crime worthy of 2 years' incarceration BEFORE the trial starts.  Period.  F**K Pelosi.

Moving on.....

Rumors have Tulsi Gabbard leaving soon to prep for a '28 Presidential run.

Apparently she has good reasons to bail out.

Meantime, there's Omar.  SS,DD

It’s simple. He’s a crook. Crooks free other crooks. Stop shilling for a known crook.

“By the way: we are very much in favor of compensating the "rioters" (not really rioters) who were destroyed following J6.”

At taxpayer expense. No.

“Donalds explains this very well.”

Yes, as a crook.

“Showing up at a rally and waving a flag”

Who was arrested for just doing that there? Proof would be nice.

“or acting in self-defense after Pelosi ordered unjust gas attacks”

Disinformation. Some of the rioters made threatening statements about Pelosi or shouted that they were looking to find her. Their anger at Pelosi does not make her responsible for their illegal conduct.

Remember, the police told the rioters to vacate the Capitol. They chose not to. And recall that officers there got pummeled by rioters. That was not “self defense”.

We will not respond to your INANE sentences. A few remain:

At taxpayer expense. No.
Actually, at Trump's expense. He won that settlement for the IRS' gross mis-deeds; he effectively donated it to the USG--then to the victims. Don't be a jackwad; tell the WHOLE truth.

Some of the rioters made threatening statements about Pelosi or shouted that they were looking to find her. Their anger at Pelosi does not make her responsible for their illegal conduct.

It is documented that Pelosi refused Trump's offer of NG troops to help maintain order. It is documented that Pelosi ignored the CapCops' chief when he called her asking for help. Pelosi is the principal criminal here. It is ALSO documented that the FBI planned their interjection of 274 agents into the melee. It is obvious to any observer that there were a number of agents-provacateur in the crowd who were NOT 'MAGA' people. It is the case that Pelosi ordered the CapCops' chief to open fire with tear-gas and flash-bangs which created a justifiable reaction. Cops who "just follow orders" are guilty as Hell and deserve push-back.

As to "WAAAAAYYYY over-prosecuted, see: https://x.com/Pat_Stedman/status/2057617343182717101
He is not the only X account-holder who tells that sort of story.

1. "Pelosi refused Trump's offer of National Guard troops."

The Speaker of the House does not have the unilateral authority to offer, command, deploy, or refuse National Guard troops. Guard deployment in Washington, D.C., falls under the authority of the President and the Secretary of Defense.

Requests for Guard assistance at the Capitol must be approved by the Capitol Police Board (which consists of the House Sergeant at Arms, the Senate Sergeant at Arms, and the Architect of the Capitol).

While unreleased documentary footage later showed Nancy Pelosi privately venting and saying "I take full responsibility" for the overall institutional failure to have the Guard pre-deployed, official records show neither she nor Senate Leader Mitch McConnell blocked troops. In fact, video and phone logs from January 6 show Pelosi and McConnell calling federal officials and governors from a secure location during the riot, explicitly begging for military and National Guard assistance to clear the building.

2. "Pelosi ignored the Capitol Police Chief when he called asking for help."

Former Capitol Police Chief Steven Sund did not report directly to Nancy Pelosi for operational tactical deployment. He reported to the Capitol Police Board.

According to Sund’s own extensive testimonies and his book, Courage Under Fire, his initial delays in getting National Guard approval stemmed from bureaucratic hesitation by the House and Senate Sergeants at Arms prior to the breach, and later, a delayed response from leadership at the Pentagon (specifically Secretary of the Army Ryan McCarthy). When Sund did speak with Pelosi and other congressional leaders during the attack, they actively supported his requests for help and pressured the Department of Defense to move faster.

3. "The FBI planned their interjection of 274 agents into the melee."

These agents responded to the U.S. Capitol AFTER the building had already been breached and local authorities requested emergency federal assistance. They were not "interjected" beforehand to plan or incite the riot. A comprehensive Justice Department Inspector General report released in late 2024 confirmed that while the FBI had several dozen confidential informants in the broader crowd, no undercover FBI employees or agents participated in or directed the violence.

4. "Pelosi ordered the Capitol Police Chief to open fire with tear gas and flash-bangs."

Tactical decisions regarding crowd control, chemical munitions, and defensive perimeters are made entirely by the Capitol Police operational commanders on the scene based on their assessment of the threat to the building and personnel.

5. "Cops who 'just follow orders' are guilty as Hell and deserve push-back."

This is an opinion. The Capitol Police officers were not simply "following orders" to antagonize a crowd. They were engaged in hand-to-hand combat, defending doors and windows against a crowd using makeshift weapons (flagpoles, batons, chemical spray, and stolen riot shields). Over 140 officers sustained injuries during the event, and more than 600 individuals were ultimately charged with assaulting or obstructing law enforcement.

Stedman was sentenced in Washington, D.C., for two offenses in a restricted building or grounds — entering and remaining, and disorderly and disruptive conduct — and for two offenses in a Capitol building — disorderly conduct, and parading, demonstrating or picketing.

He admitted being part of the “first wave” that climbed the back part of the Capitol building and “broke down the doors.” He was also inside Speaker Nancy Pelosi’s chambers and offices and took “selfie photos of himself on the Speaker's Balcony.”

What resulted afterwards was HIS own doing. Actions have consequences.
