The Administration has issued regs preventing ILLEGALS from obtaining CDL's.
So the American Federation of Teachers and the AFSCME (muni, county, state workers union) has sued to overturn those regs.

What? Is AFT planning on organizing a union for illegals?
For that matter, why AFSCME? By and large, they are fat and happy bureaucrats. Do they need support from illegals? What for?
The obvious answer: anything to create chaos in the US society. It's a commonplace among the hard-Left (Communist) radicals which now own the AFT and AFSCME.
The less-than-bright gadfly "Capper" who shows up in our combox is an AFSCME loyalist. Someone should ask him about this.

Wisconsin is a right-to-work state, meaning employees cannot be required to join a union or pay union dues as a condition of employment. This law was enacted in 2015.
