As usual, the "reporters" ask the wrong question; then they get the answer that is irrelevant.
Here is actually relevant:
...MyVote is Wisconsin’s statewide online portal that allows voters to register to vote and request absentee ballots. An individual can request an absentee ballot through MyVote by providing a Wisconsin voter’s name and birth date, which can be sent to any address. The plaintiffs argue that MyVote’s current system does not have an adequate cybersecurity system in place to prevent unauthorized individuals from requesting another voter’s absentee ballot....
Voter ID? Huh? What's that?
Your vote is irrelevant when thousands of ballots go out to ghosts, dead bodies, and various other 'names' with 'birth dates.'
Let's not forget "Americans living overseas" votes. Seems that the Democrats want to gin up 9 million votes from the 2.8 million voters living overseas. Since there are ZERO identification requirements, it's not a pipe dream.
But go ahead. Feel good. Your vote is "secure."
