The bill requires health plans and self-insured governmental plans to cover pre-existing conditions and not charge higher premiums for patients' with such health histories, should the Affordable Care Act be overturned.But the bill does not go as far as the ACA because it can't. Self-funded plans regulated by federal law cannot be regulated by state laws....
Tony doesn't have a real good grasp of the Constitution. But that won't stop him.
