According to some sources, Prosser wrapped his hands around Bradley's neck. According to another, Bradley charged Prosser.
As you recall, the first story only included the allegation against Prosser.
This one is a bit more realistic. Prosser doesn't have the personality which is associated with sudden un-caused violence. But self-defense? Yah, that makes sense.
...The conversation grew heated, the source said, and Bradley asked Prosser to leave. Bradley was bothered by disparaging remarks Prosser had made about Chief Justice Shirley Abrahamson....
She's The Bitch's Mini-Me, after all. The story is beginning to make sense.
Before leaving, Prosser "put his hands around her neck in what (Bradley) described as a chokehold," the source said.
"He did not exert any pressure, but his hands were around her neck," the source said.
(That should kick the memory of the Representative from the 84th District.)It's also clear from the JS story and the earlier WPR release that SCOWI staffers are doing all the talking. And the JS story came up with a date on which this occurred--something that the WPR story was not able to ascertain.

In Lefty world, self-defense is a crime.
This is one of the many ways I'm a lousy liberal: you never, EVER put your hands on a woman in anger. Take the damn beating!
Bottom line -- he's a poor excuse for a man or a liar.
I agree with the first part, not the second. The facts are not at all clear. Until they are, I will withold judgement on who did what to whom.
That's one of the smartest things you've said, Deekaman.
Unlike your boy Dad29, who insists that yet another episode in the continuing lack of decorum displayed by ALL Wisco Supreme Court Justices will be "a lot of fun to watch". I don't think any sort of violence is enjoyable.
And, of course, leave it to Dad29 to only provide further evidence that he is deathly afraid of strong, opinionated women with his insistence that Bradley is the "Bitch's Mini-Me" in reference to Abrahamson.
Abrahamson is a bitch and Bradley is her mini-me.
That said, Prosser needs to avoid these situations since they obviously know how to push his buttons.
But I am suspecting more will be coming out about the incident and we should wait for the investigation to be complete.
You make an interesting point, Spicey.
Given only 'what we read in the newspapers,' I'm less than comfortable with Prosser's reaction.
But I'm not so sure that there is as bright a line as you draw.
We could, possibly, agree that he over-reacted. But that's not necessarily a "firing" offense per se.
If it becomes clear that he whacks dames regularly, we have a very different situation.
Anony, I thikn you're on to somethng. Strong women wearing black... hmm, what sort of association might that bring for Dad29?
Actually, Foust, Dad29 made a mistake. He should have used "broads" rather than "dames".
