At one time, Cap Gemini was a French-owned outfit which picked up a large share of the US market by purchasing DASD. Tata and Wipro were always India-based. Gates is simply a lowlife scumbag.
Locally, this will have repercussions on Kohl's, Milwaukee Electric Tool, Deluxe Data, GE Medical, the old M&I Data and FiServ--among others. All have been infested with curry-loaded semi-competent keyboard slammers. In addition, the State of Wisconsin has several departments which are jam-packed with ultra-low wage earning H-1B's.
It is a fact that once an Indian became a manager, that person eliminated all Americans (black, white, or Asian) from their area of responsibility and backfilled with more Indians waving their "degrees" from I.I.T.. It's also a fact that most of those Indians are not really competent and lied/cheated their way through school AND the H-1B entry process.
Actual Americans who took all sorts of undergrad and graduate courses on IT, IT security, IT auditing, and software engineering will finally have a chance to use those studies and knowledge.
First, they'll have to power-wash the curry stains and stink off the walls, keyboards, and carpets.
