Because MO' MONEY has worked so well for the last 30 years....
And in Milwaukee? It's even worse.
English Language Arts: 23.6% to 25.1%, up 1.5 percentage points
Math: 19.3% to 20.1%, up 0.8 points
Science: 20.3% to 23.3%, up 3 points
Social studies: 27.4% to 29.3%, up 1.9 points
Who the Hell is going to hire these kids after graduation? They can't read. They can't speak. They can't add or subtract. They don't know history.
Nonetheless: MO' MONEY!!!
