Despite the feeeeeelzzz of several District-level hacks-in-black, the Constitution says that there are three co-equal branches of Government in the USA.
1) The President
2) The Congress
3) The Supreme Court

Actually, it's the executive branch, the legislative branch and the judicial branch. You're welcome. I know you aren't too smart and can't read very well. You have the same problem with the Bible.
