He just challenged the maps HE drew for Congressional representation.
Next up: he will ask SCOWI to re-draw the US Senate maps. One Senator will be elected by Dane County, one by Milwaukee County, and one by the flyover Trump Christian-Nationalist Nazi Racist H8terzzzzz.

We are told that SCOWI will comply. That "Constitution" thing is a product of flyover Trump Christian-Nationalist Nazi Racist H8terzzzzz, don'cha know. After all, the majority (and Evers) are Members in Good Standing of the Party of Biden.
