We'll repeat this: there are only TWO possible beneficiaries from Cong Mike Gallagher's "no" vote on impeaching the perjurer Mayorkas: 1) the cartels who rake in all the money, or 2) Big Ag which loves itself some ultra-cheap labor.
Gallagher, who took an oath on joining the Marines, doesn't even know what's in that oath. Here's a crib-sheet for the miserable traitor Mike: ".......support and defend the CONSTITUTION of the United States .....against all enemies, foreign and DOMESTIC." That was the oath he took and immediately forgot (or dishonored.)
Here's the CONSTITUTION on Mayorkas' action:
Article IV, § 4 : The United States shall guarantee to every state in this union a republican form of government, and shall protect each of them against invasion...
"Invasion."
Article I, § 10, Clause 3: [In pertinent section]: ...No State shall, without the Consent of Congress,... engage in War, unless actually invaded, or in such imminent Danger as will not admit of delay....
Want some more? Good. Here's an interpretation to help "Congressman" Gallagher. It's pretty simple, so it may work for him:
... it is worth noting that the Union was considered sufficiently fragile that Section 10, Clause 3 allows for the states to “engage in War,” waiving the requirement of congressional consent in cases of imminent danger. Indeed, these military issues loomed large in the Founding period because Article I, Section 8, Clauses 15 and 16 and Article II, Section 2, Clause 1 also contain detailed provisions for the maintenance of state militias and the circumstances under which they could also be called into the service of the United States....
The pathetic, dishonest, scumbag mewling from Gallagher, a disgrace to the Marines, is below. Next time you see him, hack a big loogie in his face for me!
