The D.C. Court of Appeals just held that a former U.S. President can be criminally prosecuted after leaving office for violating a statute while serving as President.
Well, it’s a federal crime to “encourage or induce an alien…to enter or reside in the U.S.”
Providing free food, shelter, and transportation to illegals......
Looks like "inducement" to me.
