This is Judge Peter Cahill. A few months ago, he released Jamel Hill-Moore (41) back onto the streets. Hill-Moore was sentenced to 21 months in prison over domestic abuse, but this judge granted him a stay. Last week, Hill-Moore stabbed and kiIIed Meredith Martell in her bed.
