Question on MKE Police "Report"

The newspaper fails to provide context.  Surprised?

In Milwaukee in 2019, Black people were eight times more likely to be pulled over and seven times more likely to be frisked by police compared with white people, according to a newly released report.

And on top of that, Milwaukee Police Department officers provided sufficient, documented justification for less than a quarter of the frisks they conducted in 2019....

OK.  How many 911 calls were made describing a "black/armed/prowler/mugger/vandal/abuser/car thief"?

Eight times more often that 911 calls describing a "white/Oriental/Hispanic/armed/prowler/mugger/vandal/abuser/car thief?"  Six timesTen times?

Inquiring minds and all that.
