Crenshaw Tries to Fast-Talk "Red Flag" Problem

Dan Crenshaw, clear as mud.

On August 4, Breitbart News reported that Crenshaw emerged from the El Paso, Texas, and Dayton, Ohio, attacks pushing for Red Flag Laws.
Well, yes, but they're not the eeeeeeeeeeevil Lefty Red Flag Laws, you see.

...“At its heart what we are talking about is the ability to confiscate weapons where there is evidence that violence is about to be committed. It’s that simple, and this isn’t that controversial.”

He went on to explain that everything turns on due process and how due process would be protected under the type of Red Flag Laws Crenshaw supports....
Oh.  Well.  That explains it all.  Except....

"...........about to be committed"  said Lavrenty Beria, as he talked about the man who was going to be arrested.  So riddle me this, Dan:  how do you know, with Biblical certainty, that "a crime" is "about to be committed"?

One more minor question, Dan:  what about his OTHER weapons?  You know, the kitchen knives, the chainsaw, the handsaw, the axe, the hammer, that you leave laying around the potential criminal's house?

So.  Here's the "Righty" text alert we'll see from Crenshaw's law:

"We have found a potential criminal and we have removed his guns.  If you see this potential criminal with a knife or chainsaw, or driving his 4,000+ pound vehicle, know that he is NO LONGER DANGEROUS!!"
Admit you screwed up, Dan, and walk it all back.
