Sure. "Cruel and unusual." Just having to read about the 9th Circus IS cruel and unusual punishment for normal human beings. But I digress....
But it ain't over yet!!
...In response, Republican Gov. Brad Little vowed to make sure taxpayer money is not diverted to the sex offender's surgery, particularly because the treating physician and multiple mental health professionals maintain that it is not medically necessary....Good. Maybe the Bizzo Blackrobes should donate the money out of their own pockets.
