H-1B Rumors at Northwestern Mutual

Google makes news by bragging about its 10,000 H-1B indentured servants--foreigners that Google brought here to work in IT who are absolutely and utterly dependent on the good graces of Google management if they want to remain in the USA.

Yah, well, it's age discrimination that's called "cost-cutting."  In IT-dependent firms, "age discrimination" consists of dumping US citizens over the age of 35 (!! yes, indeed) into the sewer.

Anyhow.

A friend tells me that Northwestern Mutual is RUMORED to have gotten caught with a hatload of H-1B types who were not eligible for US employment, or perhaps who were not competent for the work NML had for them.  It's all rather vague; could be that their vendor is crooked, or there was some sort of kickback scheme--

Or it could be none of the above.
