Seems that the "Human Rights" Campaign has already put a bunch of carpetbagger/electioneering types into Wisconsin to re-elect Baldwin.
And they think they could.

Baldwin her second six-year Senate term very seriously. The HRC, Strout
explained, is targeting more than 560,000 “Equality Voters” in Wisconsin
who are believed to be in lockstep with the Human Rights Campaign on
gay-rights issues....
The campaign is not about Queer-ism; it's about Americanism. Conservatives are perfectly happy to have this bunch turn it into a referendum on homosexuality and lesbianism. Even Baldwin knows better than that.
