How do I know the State Fair is running?
Easy.
Dozens of drivers in the metro area who are totally confused by a road having more than 2 lanes, and who cannot seem to grok a speed limit sign beginning with the digit "7".
Thank God it's over tomorrow. Then all we have to put up with is the usual contingent of F.I.B.'s.
