It's a good thing that Paul Ryan is quitting Congress.
He'll have time to go to a remote monastery and do penance for his funding of Planned Parenthood.
I know that's a Senate vote......but Ryan's House moved it there. And I'm sure that Ryan will unload some crappy-crap-crap about how he 'opposes' killing babies.
OK, Paul. Whatever.
