Aside from his tantrum-throwing and Holiest-Than-Anyone crap, John Kasich made a very bad decision when he decided to suck up a lot of Federal taxpayer dollars for Medicaid expansion.
Turns out Kasich became a major opiod-killing-machine.
Drug fatalities shot up by 41% in Ohio while climbing 3% in non-expansion Wisconsin.
Nicely played, John. I don't think we want you in any other public office, thankyouverymuch.
(Maybe Foxconn read those stats, too, eh John??)

Get rid of the Narcan and stop making us pay for it.

Stop making the over taxed tax payer, pay for it, when these folks clearly want to check out.
Give them a Darwin Award and be done with it.
