Yup. RoJo Voted With the (D) Party UPDATED!!

I'm sure that RoJo will explain it all to Bader and Sykes--that he just will not "rule by cloture".

That'll do it, RoJo.  You'll show 'em.  It worked, right?

Oh, wait!!

You say Harry took out the "de-funding" part and sent the resolution back to the House?

You mean that you're forcing the House to do your work, again, RoJo?

UPDATE:

RoJo has his half-baked explanation...

...I voted in favor of allowing a vote to defund Obamacare.   I oppose Obamacare.  I want to see it repealed and replaced.  That can happen only if the Senate is actually allowed to proceed to final passage of a bill that does so....

(RoJo was of the opinion that 5 (D)s would vote to de-fund.  And he is of the opinion that the Easter Bunny is real, and speaks often with Cookie Monster.  He knows that because he also talks with both of them.)

..."The second vote was to waive budget "points of order" -- to ignore the fact that the resolution violated current law by exceeding spending caps. I cosponsored an amendment to fix that law-breaking. Majority Leader Harry Reid never even allowed that amendment to get a vote. I voted against letting this violation of the budget law go on....

In fact, Reid's "dis-allowing" was cooked into the procedure by last Sunday.  Evidently RoJo doesn't read the newspapers, or blogs.  He's too busy talking with Cookie Monster and the Easter Bunny.

"The third vote reinstated funding for Obamacare. I voted no. Democrats control the U.S. Senate. Without Democrat votes, defunding efforts failed. Republican efforts to get five Democrat votes failed.

No shit, Sherlock.

That worked out real well, eh?

A handful of GOP Senators voted against cloture. The rest voted for it with the united Democrats, which meant that Harry Reid would strip the Obamacare defund effort. Which he did. And then, the full Senate would vote for the funding bill and the vote split on party lines. - See more at: http://www.thegatewaypundit.com/#sthash.sJRLsRgt.dpuf
