There's a Madistan type who doesn't quite believe that ObozoCare causes a reduction in weekly hours for employees.

The HCTrends survey indicates that when developing
their strategies under the ACA, small employers are more likely to
terminate coverage while large employers prefer reducing employee hours.
...Only 2 percent of large employers (500+ employees)
said they are likely to terminate coverage, but 39 percent are
contemplating cutting employees hours to contain their health care
costs.
The small firms can't cut hours without reducing production; so they'll dump employees into ObozoCare. The large firms (particularly service and retail types) CAN cut hours without much damage to production--so that's what they do.
