Apparently the American Enterprise Institute wants a carbon tax--or, more accurately, Big Oil and Big Coal have decided that they don't really have a dog in the fight (it will be YOUR money, not theirs)--so they've quietly authorized AEI and George Mason to go for it.
Of COURSE they deny it.
