Obama Buried the Report. What a Surprise!

He's certainly not the first, nor will he be the last President to bury the facts to get his way.

The economic report released last week by Health and Human Services, which indicated that President Barack Obama's health care "reform" law would actually increase the cost of health care and impose higher costs on consumers, had been submitted to the office of HHS Secretary Kathleen Sebelius more than a week before the Congressional votes on the bill, according to career HHS sources --AmSpecProwler quoted by ConYank

There were two copies: one to Abortobelius at HHS, and the other to the White House. As soon as it hit, there was a lot of scurrying around--one thinks of rats in the sewers.

The report makes clear that B Hussein is a Notorious Liar, and he's not even as good at that as was Bill Clinton.

Except, you know, not.

Also, the CBO reported the same basic thing--overall costs would increase over doing nothing.

And, too, the HHS report notes that by the end of their window--2019--the cost curve is going down, suggesting the price controls in the bill are, you know, working.

Well, it's a tie, kinda,.

The report went through a few drafts, and Obama knew what the drafts (including the penultimate one) would say.

He buried that.

The FINAL edition emerged after the vote. But it had no surprises.

Um, and confederateyankee.mu.nu is such a respected and trusted source? Especially convincing with all those "I thinks" tossed in there.

I don't claim that CY is any more respected and trusted than the Obama Administration.

In fact, it's possible that in the eyes of the press, CY actually IS more trusted and respected, based on today's long article in Politico (?) or Real Clear Politics (?)

But CY presents a realistic 'third path'.

Frankly, if you're trying to claim that the Administration had NO CLUE as to the contents of that report, you're not selling it to me.

Actually, if YOU'RE trying to claim that the Administration DID have a clue, the onus is yours. So far, there has been shown no convincing evidence this is the case.

Further, if info was shared earlier, it wouldn't surprise me one bit, but I don't see the big deal. It would be irresponsible to release the report to the public until finalized.
