As Earl K. Long (Louisiana) said, years ago: Don't tax you, don't tax me; tax that fellow behind the tree.
At least I think it was Long. Huey P's brother.
We didn't get raises last year either.
The point of the post was to help some folks understand that a zero tax liability is not restricted to "louts and slobs."
