Who Is Tony Maze? Arvis Williams? Jackie Russell??

Those are names which will become infamous.

It seems that Milwaukee County does not have a current health insurace contract.  It has coverage--but it's a month-to-month extension of the old (expired) contract.

The Board is being hustled to approve the new proposal.

... Shock, confusion and concerns from officials at the Milwaukee County Committee on Finance meeting Thursday, after learning the county's current contract with UnitedHealthcare expired.

“How does this even happen?" said Steve Taylor, Milwaukee County Supervisor for the 17th District. "I mean this is 2025, this is crazy."

The healthcare contracts expiration, including their pharmacy benefits, came as a big surprise for Milwaukee County Officials who say they weren't informed of this until Thursday....

It gets worse.  It seems that there is a "proposed contract" which is not very good for the County.  And the County Board has to vote on it right quick.  Who is trying to ram this through with its 'worst amendments' language?  Did someone sit on the new proposal to force a quick vote??

...[County Supervisor] Taylor says now the County Board Supervisors are being rushed to make a decision on a proposed five-year healthcare contract.

"This five-year contract that we are going into is roughly a billion dollars," said Taylor. "It's healthcare for our employees using taxpayer dollars."

It’s a contract Taylor says raises a lot of red flags and the Milwaukee County Office of Comptroller says does not meet current standards.

"The amendments or the changes the outside of standardization that are in the 2009 contract, they are probably the worst I've ever seen," said [County Auditor] Folliard. ...

Who runs this zoo called 'the HR Department', anyway??

Arvis Williams is the HR Manager of Milwaukee County according to LinkedIn profile.

Jackie Russell is the Director of HR for Milwaukee County according to LinkedIn profile.

Tony Maze is Director, Benefits Administration for Milwaukee County according to ZoomInfo.

Hint to Andie Bernhardt at Channel 58:  what are those 'worst I've ever seen' amendments?  How much more will the new coverage cost compared to the last one?  Who were the competitors for the contract?  When did negotiations for the new contract begin?  Who negotiated on behalf of the County?

Good luck finding Arvis and Jackie, Ms. Bernhardt!!
