Wolf Street--as usual--has the correct numbers, which just so happen to contradict the Demo-Lie Machine known as "the Press." (Also the Pubbie-Lie Machine, known as "the Press"--see the next blog post.)
This Democrat/Press lie is all about "layoffs." But Initial Unemployment Claims are the true tell.
The easy-peasy look is the below chart. Notice that Initial Claims are FAR LOWER NOW than at almost any year since 1972? Also notable: "Continuing Unemployment Claims" is ALSO down to levels just above those of the Covid years.
Doesn't look like a bad economy to anyone who can read history, does it?
The Demo/Press Propaganda Machine would prefer that you do NOT know this....
