For at least a year, Fed taxpayers will not be killing babies in Wisconsin.
...Planned Parenthood of Wisconsin announced that they will pause abortion appointments, starting Oct. 1, as they determine what's next under President Donald Trump's recently signed tax and spending bill.
That bill, which was signed this summer, deprives abortion providers from receiving Medicaid payments for a year....
