A month ago (to the day!) at the Center for Strategic and International Studies, Victoria "F the EU" Nuland promised the aid to Ukraine would allow them to "accelerate the asymmetric warfare that has been most effective" and that Putin is "sure to face some nasty surprises."
That's not all. This from about a year ago:
The Russian Foreign Intelligence Service chief on Wednesday accused the US of training Daesh/ISIS terrorists to carry out sabotage and terrorist attacks in Syria and Russia. Sergey Naryshkin claimed at the XI International Meeting of High Representatives in Charge of Security Issues in the Moscow region that the US Al-Tanf military base, located on the border of Syria, Jordan, and Iraq, is used for training Daesh/ISIS terrorists to carry out sabotage and terrorist attacks in Syria and Russia.
Nuland is not a 'rogue' agent; she is the Satanic face of The Blob. Her husband wrote an editorial with references to Trump as "Hitler" and to Caesar's crossing of the Rubicon--and we all know what happened to Caesar, don't we?
Putin knows all about Nuland and her NeoCon allies in The Blob. Putin also knows that this attack was sponsored by Nuland wearing the mask of Zelenskiy.
Putin may well take revenge. That would be too bad.

Some American Presidents have been the only effective restraint on “THE BLOB”. Kennedy curbing actions against Cuba and Vietnam. Nixon ending the Vietnam fiasco. Obama was reportedly reluctant to arm Ukraine and Trump was trying to pull troops back from the Middle East.
