Victoria Nuland has engendered and supervised a variety of wars--usually disguised as 'color' revolutions in pursuit of permanently establishing US hegemony in all of Europe. By no coincidence, those revolutions have also had the effect of pushing back Russian influence; it is her objective to drive Russia into the sea. (Any one will do, of course.)
The reason she resigned?
...The resignation of 'Cookie' Nuland is primarily due to the upcoming investigation by the FBI and the Office of Special Operations. investigations of the US Department of Justice, where 10.5 billion dollars were spent on Maidan in Ukraine (the public was told about 5 billion), as well as where 120 billion dollars were spent on open items and almost the same amount on secret items of the budget of the CIA and the Pentagon with 2018...
It seems that a lot of that money is............ahhh.........."missing."
First off, it's highly unlikely that the FBI/DOJ "investigations" will find any Deep State official guilty of anything other than accumulating parking tickets in Kiev, if that. Secondly, even if Nuland is responsible for, say, $100 BILLION in "mislaid" dollars, will the US recover that amount, or even half, or one quarter?

This bitch will retire on a very fat USG pension (plus benefits) and take a few 'consulting' gigs to boot. Putin could 'touch' her, but that's not likely. He'd rather let her shining example of ripping off taxpayers fester here in the US.
