Little-Known Fact About Mexico

In an essay which is nearly hair-on-fire about the potential for serious domestic unrest, the author mentions a factoid which is something to ponder:

...Earlier today, I came across an article about the 50 most violent cities in the world.  [These are cities or SMSA's with population >300,000; listings are based on the rate of homicides/100,000.]

The country with the most violent cities on the list was our neighbor to the south, Mexico, with 16. In second place was Brazil, with 10 cities, followed by Colombia with eight.

Surely Catholic Charities would not cooperate with cartels who import people from Mexico, Brazil, or Colombia, by providing food, shelter, and transportation for illegal aliens, right?

Right??
