Blowing up dams is not a unique thing in war.
But false-flagging it? Doesn't happen often.
....A Washington Post article on December 29, 2022, said Ukraine “conducted a test strike” on the Nova Kakhovka dam in preparation for its offensive in Kherson:
Kovalchuk considered flooding the river. The Ukrainians, he said, even conducted a test strike with a HIMARS launcher on one of the floodgates at the Nova Kakhovka dam, making three holes in the metal to see if the Dnieper’s water could be raised enough to stymie Russian crossings but not flood nearby villages.
The test was a success, Kovalchuk said, but the step remained a last resort. He held off.
The water from the dam supplies fresh water to Crimea, making Russia seem an unlikely perpetrator. Ukraine demands NATO action....
Wauck has more here.
This is similar to the accusation that Russia blew up its cash-cow Nordstream pipeline.
But there's more!
Three months before saboteurs bombed the Nord Stream natural gas pipeline, the Biden administration learned from a close ally that the Ukrainian military had planned a covert attack on the undersea network, using a small team of divers who reported directly to the commander in chief of the Ukrainian armed forces....
That info was on the Discord site, placed there by the Air National Guardsman (!!??)
So Ukies have equipment capable of pulling that off, eh? Not just skiffs and canoes?
Uh-huh.
Did Bai-Den know about this before he promised that Nordstream would be demolished? Was he supposed to run his dementia-fueled mouth about it?
Uh-huh.
