Biden*, the Pretend-President, needs something really big to distract Americans from his horrible record of failures.
So he's going to push Putin into a war over a corrupt little suburb of Moscow.
Maybe he thinks that Americans want to get into another quagmire, this time against a real power.
And maybe he thinks Americans will back him.
