Yesterday individuals who worked for the virtual call center for Netflix were notified that their services will no longer be needed as of May 15 due to Netflix making “the difficult decision to discontinue all U.S. based outsourcing needs”

Netflix is pulling their US based customer service jobs out of the US. This will impact single moms of color the most as they are the largest group working customer service for Netflix in the US. --Gateway quoting a reader
