The driver whose pickup truck plunged 70 feet from Milwaukee's Zoo Interchange ramp was driving 77 mph in a 55 mph zone when the crash occurred, according to an accident report from the Milwaukee County Sheriff's Office.
The report, obtained through a Journal Sentinel open records request, said Richard Oliver hit barrier walls on both sides of the highway before his vehicle launched off the ramp and landed, wheels-down, on the westbound Interstate 94 on-ramp at 84th Street Feb. 6....
