So this Texas nut-case atheist murderer obtained weapons and several hundred rounds.

Because the U S Air Force failed to notify the Feebs of his conviction for domestic abuse.

AND because the nuthouse to which he was involuntarily committed ALSO failed to notify the Feebs about that little matter.  The nuthouse was a state-run facility.

Two Gummint agencies.  Two massive fuckups.

Twenty-six dead.
