Defining High Crimes Is Tricky, Indeed

We've heard all sorts of bs from the NeverTrumpers and Democrats lately about "obstruction of justice."  Yah, well, there's no "there" there, and I'll rely on a lefty named Derschowitz for that conclusion.

But as long as we're on the topic of Presidential criminal conduct, how about this one?

Since Obozo cannot be impeached any longer, and since "obstruction of justice" does not apply here, does that mean that Obozo is just a fine-and-dandy patriot?

Or does it mean that exiling the asshole to the South Pole is in order?
