The usual ululation is emitted by the usual womenfolk in the press: "Gummint Shutdown!! Run for Your Lives!! Chilluns Will DIE!! Grandma TOO!!! Run, Run!!"
Same noise is made by all the rest of Washington, D.C. Sounds just like womenfolk noise--but it's being made by "men".
And---as usual--Paul Ryan's party will spend more money. Anything to stop the crying that they will be doing in Congress.
