Most of you saw the "Top Five" list: New Mexico, Arkansas, Mississippi, Louisiana, and Nevada.
Yah, well, Wisconsin was Number Six (2014 rankings). Somehow, the local press missed that.
Sixty-four percent of the babies born in Wisconsin in 2014 were Medicaid babies.
Actually, we were tied with Mississippi and Nevada at 64%.
With Doyle gone, however, we may never get to #1, or even #2.
