Rep. S. Duffy (R-WI) made the observation that 'Madison is a communist town.'
He also observed that water is wet, rain falls down, and the sun rises in the east.
Ho-hum.
The (D) twit from Madison, Pocan, went ballistic, of course. Duffy responded:
"....For those offended by my 'communist' comment, I'll send a therapy dog to your 'safe place' of choice in Madison."
Sending a dog anywhere near Pocan constitutes prima-facie/ipso-facto cruelty to animals. Turn yourself in, Mr. Duffy.
