The Obama administration is warning states that defunding Planned
Parenthood may violate federal law, in a new letter released this
morning.
The Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS) sent a letter to
states on Tuesday saying that, under federal law, Medicaid recipients
have the right to receive services from any qualified health care
provider, including Planned Parenthood....
Of course, Paul Ryan didn't bother to address this matter, either.
