The biggest war that Obozo is fighting is his war on unborn babies. This IS a war he can fight from the 9th hole--which explains his enthusiasm.

Wrong.
...The new GAO study shows that, instead,
taxpayers are subsidizing abortions. Customers in five states have no
abortion-free plans available to them, and in many states, customers
can't tell which plans cover abortion and which don't....
Maybe Paul Ryan would say that this is all a misunderstanding, or something. He certainly hasn't acted to cut off funding on the Abortion Front.
