Chicago Way Crooks Aren't Necessarily Smart

We'll soon find out how stupid the Barrett election-fraud gang really is.

We already know about the Chicago folk. Here, in discussing the 1982 Illinois gubernatorial, the political director for the (R) winner (Jim Thompson, crook), relates a few facts:

In some cases as [many as] 50-60 voters in a precinct voter after the polls closed and were so disciplined that they voted in alphabetical order.

Well. Given MPS' recently-released ACT scores, that's not likely to happen here.
