Even though I am a "Madison liberal" who's really an independent, I cannot for the life of me understand why ANYONE of ANY political persuasion would not want our borders defended and protected against breach from ANY foreign national, and why we would want anything less than COMPLETE control over who we do and don't let in to our nation.
That's not "liberal."
That's common sense.
