Like the responsibility to govern in a fiscally prudent manner--or the responsibility to take long-established alliances seriously--or the responsibility, when President of the world's leading free nation, to underline that Nation's leadership rather than to bow to kings and emperors--or the responsibility to ensure that the Constitution is served, rather than trashed.
See, actions are much louder than words, Mr. Clinton.
That's why I know Bill was talking to Obama, and nobody else.
