Sotomayer's Confirmation Process

Here's some good language for the (R) Party to use.

I believe firmly that the Constitution calls for the Senate to advise and consent. I believe that it calls for meaningful advice and consent that includes an examination of a judge's philosophy, ideology, and record. And when I examine the philosophy, ideology, and record of [Judge X], I'm deeply troubled.

--Senator B. Hussein Obama, on Sam Alito.

Great point here, but remember there are different rules for conservatives vs liberal. When one believes in a strict interpretation of the Constitution that is 'troubling' When one has empathy for collectivism, then that's a thumbs up....

Remember who put her on the bench in the first place -- that wild-eyed liberal, George Herbert Walker Bush, the former President. Good luck tilting at this windmill, DaddyZero.
