Were this trek into the Servile State limited only to Madistan, we'd be grateful. But Eisenhower mentioned the "military-industrial complex" a few years ago, and there's good reason to believe that our Wisconsin legis-wonks are merely a shadow of the Washington "Me-First" game-players.
