 Newly sworn-in FBI Director Kash Patel has informed senior officials that he is planning to relocate up to 1,500 employees, according to a report published on Friday evening.

Under the plan, about 1,000 employees would move from Washington to FBI field offices around the nation while an additional 500 would be relocated to an FBI facility in Huntsville, Alabama, according to the Associated Press.

“Director Patel has made clear his promise to the American public that FBI agents will be in communities focused on combatting violent crime. He has directed FBI leadership to implement a plan to put this promise into action,” the FBI said in a statement. ...

$82 Million Later, Total Failure in MPS

The Federal Department of "Education" (snort) gave $82 MILLION to Milwaukee Public Schools last year to "reduce achievement gaps" in student progress.

That's a lot of money.

Wisconsin ranked the worst achievement gap in the entire USA between black and white students in 2024.

Trump Body-Slams Governor-ette of Maine

Trump has taken Governor Janet Mills (D-ME) to task for continuing to allow biological men to compete in women’s sports in violation of an executive order signed by the America First leader last month. The National Pulse reported earlier today that transgender high school athlete who goes by Katie Spencer—born a biological male—won Maine’s Class B state championship for pole vaulting, beating out his female competition. This could draw sanctions under Trump’s executive order for the student’s high school and the Maine Principals’ Association, which oversees high school athletics in the state.

“Is Maine here, the Governor of Maine?” President Trump asked during a lunch event at the White House on Friday with a bipartisan group of governors, asking Mills, “Are you not going to comply?”

When Mills claimed she was complying with state and federal law, Trump pressed her from the podium, warning, “Well, we are the federal law… You’d better do it, because you’re not going to get any federal funding at all if you don’t.” The America First leader was apparently paraphrasing the famous line from the 1995 film Judge Dredd, where the titular character—portrayed by Sylvester Stalone—declares, “I am the law!”

“Your population doesn’t want men playing in women’s sports, so you’d better comply, because otherwise you’re not getting any, any federal funding,” Trump reiterated.

Mills piped up, “See you in court,” with Trump responding, “Good, I’ll see you in court. I look forward to that. That should be a real easy one.”

“And enjoy your life after Governor, because I don’t think you’ll be in elected politics,” he added.

The insouciant bitch should also rot in prison for mis-use of Federal funds to date.....

Why is England Poking The Bear?

Trump Kicking ALJ's Down the Stairs

 ALJ's are "Administrative Law Judges."  They are--so to speak--substitutes for Federal judges.  They are employed by the DoJ, not by the Courts, and adjudicate all sorts of administrative (not criminal, nor tax) cases.

Until today, they were protected by un-Constitutional flabberjaw.

 ...The Department of Justice under President Trump has determined that the multiple layers of removal restrictions shielding administrative law judges (ALJs) are unconstitutional.

The DOJ has concluded that current laws make it too difficult for the government to remove ALJs from their positions. These laws require multiple steps and layers of approval before an ALJ can be fired, which limits the President’s power....

Once again:  Article Two, sentence one.

Vance's Wise Words vis-a-vis WI Bishops

The US Catholic Conference of Bishops is suing Trump's Administration for all the money.  They lost today.

Separately, but related, the Wisconsin Bishops sent a letter.

Those activities and offices are dangerously close to supporting illegal immigration which is a violation of US Code 8 Section 24 (a) (1) (A) (iii) and (v)  And of course, they offend normal American citizens:

Judge Crawford "Mis-informing" the Public? No. LYING.

The real-world term for "mis-informing" is LYING.

But since Judge Crawford is a Democrat, it's par for the course.

(That news conference was NOT mentioned on any of the TeeeeeVeeeee stations in Milwaukee at 5:00, 6:00, and 9:00 slots.  Gee.  Do you wonder why?)

 ...Schimel was accompanied by Ozaukee County Sheriff Christy Knowles, Schmidt, Toney, Hanson, Dodge County DA Andrea Will, and Teri Jendusa-Nikolai, a survivor of a horrific attempted domestic violence murder. Jendusa-Nikolai is a state and nationwide advocate for victims’ rights....

 ...“It was so important to make sure these kits were tested to get justice for survivors,” [Fond du Lac District Attorney] Toney said of Schimel’s efforts.

“And it’s the leadership that then Attorney General Schimel exhibited to help put this process in place and help make sure this doesn’t happen again. And one thing that is very disappointing to me, it’s when we see partisan political campaigns, whether it be governor, Attorney General, Congress, US Senate, you expect some of these things, but when we have a sitting judge, Judge Crawford in her campaign, misinforming the public with those attack ads. That’s incredibly disappointing.”

She's also LYING about Schimel's JUDICIAL STANCE on abortion.  He's been very clear:  he wants the Assembly to pass a law superceding the 1849 one, OR a referendum on the matter.  (Meantime, the 1849 law is actually the law.)

That's very different from his PERSONAL stance, or the obvious legal fact that 'there is no Constitutional right to abortion in Wisconsin.'

But she's a Democrat, so LYING is par for the course.

Battery-Power for Wisconsin Energies? Beware!!

Wisconsin Energies is babbling about its "commitment" to "green" energy.  That includes a few big-ass sun-catcher and windmill operations which MUST be backed up with large-scale batteries.  

So this is germane, and important.  Vistra is the battery-backup facility for a California utility.

 A massive California battery facility that caught fire and spewed toxic smoke in January caught on fire again Tuesday night, according to multiple reports.

Smoke was reported at the Vistra Battery Facility in Monterey County around 6:30 p.m. local time on Tuesday night, prompting local officials to urge residents to close doors and windows out of an abundance of caution for possible air quality issues, according to The San Francisco Chronicle. The same facility was the site of a massive blaze in January that kicked a large plume of black smoke over the surrounding area. Residents reported health problems in the immediate aftermath of the January fire....

Think you'll see mention of that in the local "news"--connected to the WE plans?  HAH!

How Will Scott Fitzgerald Vote?

 Below we mentioned our doubts about Scott Fitzgerald (R-WI).  Go ahead and read it.

Now Trump & Co. are ruminating about sending $5K to each taxpayer as a partial refund of the $10 TRILLION or so that Trump is UN-spending.  Another chunk of that $10 TRILLION will go towards the national debt.

So naturally, the Speaker of the House, a truly Biblical kinda guy, had a reaction:

 ...House Speaker Mike Johnson told CPAC, “I mean, politically, that would be great for us, but if you think about our core principles, fiscal responsibility is what we do as conservatives. That’s our brand. And we have a $36 trillion federal debt. We have a giant deficit that we’re contending with. I think we need to pay down the credit card.”

When a Republican who has been in DC for 8 years talks about our core principles, he means his donors. Mike just began his fifth term in Congress. His brand is a national debt that will be $40 trillion by the end of the year. It is time to stop pretending there is any virtue left....

We all know that Johnson is a tool and a Biblical-Class Liar to boot.

But the question is "What will Scott Fitzgerald do?"  That's something that The Charles should ask next time he goes to a Rent-a-Mob event.

Scott Fitzgerald (R-WI) was part of the problem in Wisconsin.  He's a typical Big Government Pubbie, very Deep State kinda guy, likes to spend lots of tax money, .........the usual crap.

So there's no small irony that a Rent-a-Mob showed up to harass him in West Bend.

Our question:  why was The Charles there?  Is he taking "news" tips from the Far Left/Hippie/Dope-smoker crowd which has a limited vocabulary (Musk!!  Fascist!!) and zero knowledge of Article Two, Sentence One?

Channel 12: Good Work on Hartland Bus Incident!!!

Nice to see a reporter who isn't following the crowd.

Coworkers are rallying to the defense of a Hartland bus driver after he was charged with intoxicated driving and endangering the safety of the children on his school bus.

The driver was arrested Jan. 27 in Hartland after kids called their parents claiming they were being abducted by their reckless driver after he missed their stops....

This was a 'cut and dried' case when it first hit the news.  Driver?  DUI.  Children?  Victims.   

Case closed.

Yah, well, not so fast.....see, there are those bothersome video cameras installed in school buses.  One at the front, one at the rear, focuses set on the passengers.  There's also a camera which focuses on the driver and the entry/exit (service) door.

 ....."I've watched hours and hours and hours of bus footage that we've obtained," said defense attorney Anthony Cotton in court Wednesday.

...Cotton argued the video doesn't support the claims of the kids that Cunningham was driving wildly before he was stopped by police.

"You will conclude watching these videos, your honor, that there's not a hint of impairment in terms of driving behavior at all on these videos," Cotton said....

Oh.  Well, THAT'S news.

(It is NOT news that kids will lie, by the way. They also lie to Mommy and Daddy.  A lot.)

Oh, yes, it gets a lot worse, but Channel 12 did not transcribe all of the video.  

If you go to 1:00 there, you will hear that the kids on the bus were extremely rowdy, screaming and cursing at the driver and that THEY STARTED A FIRE ON THE BUS.

We've always had questions about the "DUI" ticket, as the driver was using prescribed medication, and when you have a CDL, there are lots of restrictions on which meds you may/may not take when driving.  It is hard to believe that a DUI will stand up in a trial--but we'll see.

More interesting is whether the bus company will file criminal complaints against the Little Darling Fire-Starters Chad and Boopsie after the videos go public.

Beyond that, there's this:

"A million dollars is maybe appropriate for some sort of premeditated murder or perhaps even a negligent homicide where it is clear the defendant has the motivation to flee," Melvin said....

The court commissioner who set the bail is Chris Bailey.  Does he customarily set "unnecessarily high" bail for armed robbery, Kia Boy-like drivers, or other DUI's (alcohol) in this Couuty? 

Or did some Hartland bigwig influence his emotional outburst and decision?

That Gov. Pritzker, George Soros, and Reid Hoffman--all radical Leftists--contributed $TWO million to the Crawford campaign, indirectly, through the Wisconsin Democrat Party.  (They contributed FOUR million to the Party, which sent half to Crawford.)
