Actually, that was President Trump, who said:
... a "whole civilization will die tonight" if Iran fails to meet his latest deadline to strike a deal...
Although few in the US read that unfortunately stupid remark as a threat of nuclear bombing, lots of others, in other countries, could easily make that inference.
Tucker just happened to be one observer who read that as a possibility.

No, it wasn’t an “unfortunately stupid remark”. It was an intentionally malicious statement meant to demonize an entire group of people. Clearly anti-Christian. Tucker acknowledged that.
It was both.
