JD Vance did what he could, given the rumored limitations imposed by Jared & Co.

Iran, which occupies the catbird seat, said "Nope!"

Now what?  The end of a civilization?

Yep. Israel will keep pushing. The only solution? Trump says no more money to Israel. Ever. Done.

That will prove Trump is AmericaFirst. But he wants his real estate in the New Gaza. So he will pretend to care about Palestinians and Iranians.

That's quite a 'catbird seat.' I wouldn't want to occupy it.

I was reading today that Tehran is full of Toyota Hi-Lux trucks with 12.7mm DShK machine guns, a combination called a "technical" that I am well familiar with from the Iraq days. Iran is apparently calling all the boys in from abroad to help suppress the population in the capital in case of any attempted revolution; they are also, thereby, creating a target-rich environment. Once the ceasefire ends it's going to be fish in a barrel time for a whole lot of Shia militias. They're eating the seed corn now.

They came closer to killing me than anybody else did back in the Iraq war. No hard feelings; I respect a fighter. All the same, they're not the ones in the happy place. I wouldn't want to be where they are for love or money.

Seems that a lot of folks expect that a million Iranian citizens are going to rise up and kill off the Bad Guys--including our Administration.

That would be a good thing. But the ability to do so remains in grave doubt.
